1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Level tbsp Sugar (Optional)
½ Pineapple
1 Mango
3 Passionfruit
This is a healthy, vegan version of rice or semolina pudding. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 oil and other nutrients, so are worth a try, especially in a sweet pudding. The end result does look a bit like miniature frogspawn, I admit, but I promise you that it is very tasty
