Temper Temper in Tunbridge Wells have designed workshops for enthusiastic budding chocolatiers of any age who would like to try their hand at chocolate making. There are a variety of workshops to choose from, but the Truffle Workshop really stood out for us. Learn how to make truffles from scratch, as well as how to use truffle shells. Make and flavour your own ganache, fill, hand roll and decorate your truffles with various toppings and/or patterns. You’ll end up taking home around 25-30 chocolates.
