Molly Dishwasher, along with Skylark, is located at one of the most established glamping destinations in the South East. Situated in the heart of the countryside, yet just five miles from the vibrant town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, it’s an hour from London on the train and 45 minutes from the coast.
Founded in October 2010 by two sisters, Issie and Mops, who wanted to create “camping with a little luxury”, each shepherds hut sleeps up to two adults and two children, nestled in their own meadow with uninterrupted views. There is a double bed and two bunk beds that double up as a sofa during the day. In the crisp of the autumn and the chill of the winter, there is a wood-burner to keep you warm and cosy while playing traditional board games or watching the native birds and wildlife.
Both huts come with their own fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom located some 80 yards from their respective hut. Children can explore the magical woodland, make their own camps and spot the wildlife. They can come and feed the animals, collect the eggs and meet legendary Plum the dog!
A choice of cooked or continental breakfast is included and will be delivered to your hut. You can also order a barbecue box provided by the award-winning family butchers, Fullers, ready for you to cook on your fire-pit beside the hut.
Whether you are a couple, a family of four or a large party that would like to celebrate a special family occasion or simply a get together with friends, you can book both the shepherds huts, the Bell Tent, Nuthatch, and the holiday cottage, Snaffles. Find out more at mollydishwasher.com
