Meditation – Introduction to Mindfulness

This course aims to help you experience improved health and wellbeing and reduce stress through the regular practice of mindfulness techniques. It will introduce you to the foundations of mindfulness. It will give you the tools to continue practising mindfulness yourself, in your own time at home, work and play.
Watercolour Painting – All Abilities
