Good Handful of Thyme
3tbsp Creme Fraiche
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Pack of Ready Rolled Puff Pastry
1 Beaten Egg
I guess this is the ultimate ‘pig in a blanket’ – just like Beef Wellington, only with a pork fillet and seasonal mushrooms.
