What do you specialise in? 

Brook Security has a wealth of knowledge and experience in creating layered security solutions. We specialise in the design, installation, maintenance and monitoring of electronic security systems alongside intruder alarm systems, hold up (personal attack) systems, CCTV video surveillance and access control (entry) systems. 

How long have you been trading?

We have been protecting clients’ homes, families and businesses for 27 years, from modest residential properties to large country estates, and even Leeds Castle in Kent. Commercial clients range from small industrial units, offices, warehouses, schools, Tussauds waxworks, car dealerships (Audi, Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Range Rover) to large NHS hospitals. 

Are you a member of a trade organisation?

Brook Security are an NSI (National Security Inspectorate) NACOSS Gold certified company – the highest level of accreditation possible for a security company. And we are proud members of the BSIA (British Security Industry Association). Both require us to have ISO9001 quality management systems, possess the required number of trained staff, be financially stable and have a track record of excellent service. 

What area do you cover?

The South East of England – Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London, Essex. Being based in Kent with engineers living across Kent and Sussex, logistics do play a part in how far we travel. In an emergency situation with a client’s supported system we need to respond within 4 hours (24/7, 365) for intruder alarm systems. 

What type of projects do you really enjoy working on? 

Tailored layered security solutions are our USP. We understand how our clients live (and work), what insurance requirements there may be, how familiar they are with technology (which can influence how the system is operated e.g. a radio fob, app, keypad, tag, or all of the forementioned). In our busy lives security is normally a background thing or a tick box for insurance. Making the solution effective and user friendly is the challenge we enjoy.
