1tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

1tbsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

The WT team resident health guru Helen gives an insight into how to create indulgent yet nutritious treats with her recipe for Raw chocolate truffles

  1. Put the nuts in a food processor and blitz until they reach a fine consistency.
  2. Add in the dates, cacao powder and coconut oil and combine in the food processor to make a smooth paste.
  3. Take small amounts of the paste and roll in your hands to make small(ish) truffles.
  4. After placing your desiccated coconut or chopped almonds in a bowl, roll each truffle around until fully coated.
  5. Pop them in the fridge to set, before devouring the whole lot!
