Do you have a beauty regime? I cleanse and moisturise but that’s as complicated as it gets. I use natural organic products as much as possible. Caudalie foaming face wash is a god-send as it’s quick and easy to use in the shower. Beyond products I drink two litres of water a day and focus on including a wide variety of vegetables in my diet. Being hydrated and making sure you are eating enough vitamins and minerals really will make such a difference to the skin. Beauty does come from within in more ways than one and what you put into your body will reflect itself in the way you feel and look.
Do you have a particular product you couldn’t live without? Mascara, no matter how I feel a bit of mascara will always make me feel a bit better!
What’s your ultimate pampering treat? A back massage! Training a lot throughout the week can really affect muscle tension and tightness and a good deep tissue massage can certainly make a big difference, plus it’s super relaxing so a win all round!
Who’s your style icon? I don’t really have a style icon but someone who I really look up to in more ways than just their look is Jessica Ennis. Her ability, power and talent is incredibly inspiring, beyond that she is a great ambassador for sport and fitness and I think a role model for all women.
