This year looks set to be another fantastic one at Church View, Dandara’s beautiful development in the heart of Tenterden, Kent.
Since its launch in October 2017, an ever-increasing number of buyers have discovered the unique combination of traditional Kentish architecture, stylish and spacious interiors and proximity to the centre of Tenterden, which sets Church View apart from other developments in the area.
Church View’s unique charm was recognised at the UK Property Awards 2018-19, where the development scooped prizes in two categories – ‘Best Residential Development – Kent’ and ‘Architecture Single Residence – South East England’ for The Reed house-type, which was designed specifically for Church View. With all two-bedroom homes in the first phase now sold, there are just a limited number of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes still available until the launch of the much anticipated second phase in the spring. This will see a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments plus two-, three- and four-bedroom homes released for sale, plus the launch of The Weald show home, a spacious four- or five-bedroom semi-detached family home with garden, single garage or car port, and driveway for two vehicles. Speaking of the year ahead, Ben Thwaites, Dandara Sales Manager said, “2019 is a year where Church View really will go from strength to strength. Buyers are relishing the opportunity to live at a development where style and quality of life go hand-in-hand and I am certain that the launch of the next phase will be very well received. “Our EasyMover service is still available and I expect it to remain popular for buyers looking to secure a property in the next phase. The one and two-bedroom apartments will also bring a new dimension to Church View, especially for down-sizers looking to enjoy life in walking distance of the town centre.” Prices at Church View start from £250,000 for one- and two-bedroom apartments, with three-, four- and five-bedroom homes available from £440,000. Help to Buy is available on selected plots. Prices for the two-bedroom homes in the second phase are available on application. To smooth the transition into a new home, Dandara’s EasyMover scheme allows buyers to reserve a new home at Church View even before their own property is up for sale. A deposit is required at the time of reservation, however the paperwork is not processed for four to six weeks, to allow time for the buyer’s current home to be sold. If a buyer is not found within this timeframe, the reservation is cancelled and the full deposit returned.
