Prices at Church View start from £250,000 for one- and two-bedroom apartments, with three-, four- and five-bedroom homes available from £440,000. Help to Buy is available on selected plots. Prices for the two-bedroom homes in the second phase are available on application.
To smooth the transition into a new home, Dandara’s EasyMover scheme allows buyers to reserve a new home at Church View even before their own property is up for sale. A deposit is required at the time of reservation, however the paperwork is not processed for four to six weeks, to allow time for the buyer’s current home to be sold. If a buyer is not found within this timeframe, the reservation is cancelled and the full deposit returned.
