What kind of tutoring do you offer?
We offer our support in weekly club sessions, taught in friendly groups of six. Additionally, we provide targeted resources, videos for tricky bits of content, webinars to support parents and the occasional one-to-one lesson.
What outcomes do you see?
This year we have 200+ children enrolled. Our pass rate percentage is in the high 80s. With the parent appeal process (which we ghost write for our students) this pass rate percentage is pushed into the 90s.
What if the 11+ and a grammar education isn’t appropriate for my child?
Please don’t worry – we will tell you straight away if we feel this is the case. We keep detailed records of every child’s individual progression and regularly talk with parents..
Do you also help children with learning difficulties?
Children with a specific learning difficulty are welcomed into our clubs. We have children with dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, autism and ASD working confidently and making strong progress. If an appeal is needed we make sure their paperwork is in order for appeal and support parents fully through the process.

What tutoring do you offer your students?
We prepare them for internal scholarships to our senior school and for the 11+, Common Entrance and scholarships to other senior schools.
How far do you specialise this to individuals?
No two children are the same, therefore their experiences of preparation will differ. Dulwich offers tailored support for all kinds of requirements; for example a child may attend a number of masterclasses of various kinds, get interview practice or mentoring to help them produce an independently researched scholarship essay or project. Our curriculum has been carefully designed and constructed to develop the children’s knowledge, skills, interests and abilities with the understanding that they will seek increasing specialism in the areas in which they have a particular interest or affinity.
Tell us about your masterclasses.
In addition to our academic, creative and sporting curriculum, we have an extensive range of clubs and masterclasses forming our co-curricular offer. Attendance at some of these will be invite only because they focus on preparation for specific senior school assessments, and what clubs and classes are available changes regularly to accommodate all the necessary and varied preparations in a timely way.
