Explore 28 handpicked independent brands – like a high street full of the most interesting shops – selling fashion, jewellery, homeware and gifts, all beautifully curated for the new season.
This unique pop-up takes place in rooms not usually open to the public, with full access to Penshurst Place’s stunning house, gardens, and adventure playground (normally £16!).

The postcode for the private entrance to Penshurst Place where the event is taking place is TN11 8DH (not TN11 8DG). This postcode is specifically for the private entrance used for events, not the main visitor entrance, which uses a different postcode. It’s located off Penshurst Road (B2176). If you’re in Penshurst village, follow the signs towards Leigh/Edenbridge/Hildenborough, and the entrance will be on your right after about 400 yards.
