1ltr Sunflower Oil
1 Aubergine, sliced 5mm thick
1 Cauliflower, cut into bitesized chunks
6 Large Asparagus Spears, cut in half lengthways
Courgettes, sliced 5mm thick
1 Lemon, cut into wedges
